The Spec;
Roast – Medium
Strength – 4
Flavour Notes – Surprisingly full bodied with caramel tones and a slight hazelnut aroma
Background – Not a common supermarket coffee, I admit, this is a bag of medium roasted beans sourced from the Chiang Mai mountains of Thailand, grown in farms as high as 1,400 meters.
My Take – A mellow yet full bodied coffee from the far east, very caramel but not a strong aroma
Final Marking;
3.5/5 – Not the strongest or most memorable cup of jo but afterwards you can claim to have had Thai coffee, and it has a sweet, light flavour
